Living Energy Retreat is a Holiday Company. We are not a medical or nutrional establishment. If you suffer any illness you must consult your doctor before coming. We provide accommodation, food and other holiday services. We do not prescribe any medice or nutrional supplements, our philosopy is based on fresh vegetables, organic seeds and nuts.
Before you come make sure with your doctor that a vegetarian diet is suitable for your present health.
When you make your booking with us you have to agree you are able to:
a) Change your diet during your stay.
b) You have your own health insurance and travel insurance.
c) Your are not taking any medicine which impedes you to drink vegetable or fruit juice juices and salads.
d) To do activities such as Yoga, Tennis, Swiming and Walking.
e) If you want to do any extra activities like, mountain climbing or mountain bike all the responsabilities will be betwenn you and the campany. We will only provide the contact.
f) No animals are allowed
g) To confirm your booking we require €500.
(The balance is to be paid on arrival and a €100 deposit must be made, to be returned at the end of your stay providing the property is in the same condition as when you arrived.)

Living Energy Retreat does not keep any credit card information or bank details, we use Paypal system, you don´t have to have paypal account and it is one of the most safe system available in internet.

Cancelation policy
Living Energy Retreat does not provide any cash, cheque or credit card refunds.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason including personal emergencies.You are welcome to transfer your credit to another guest or retreat date as long as this is done 30 days prior to the booked date.
There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services, not used while at Living Energy Retreat.
If you booked any of our activities they will be charged unless a the staff or company are unavailable.
All cancelations must be received in writing sent via email or registered mail.
Living Energy Retreat is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy which covers the individual.
